Main responsibilities as an Ambassador;

• Create and maintain welcoming, clean environment for customers
• Assist customers with any questions they may have
• Keep selling floor clean and organized
• Keep register and back room neat
• Understand the mission of The Student Body and embody our values
• Keep up to date with our initiatives and our merchandise
• Understand store procedures and follow them through
• Return Policy
• Hold Policy
• Discounts
• Attend every staff meeting (once every other week) and communicate customer feedback, and opinions
